We continue to follow all recommendations set out by local and federal authorities related to COVID-19 while successfully adapting our business in an effort to service our clients effectively and in a safe manner.

In an effort to provide the same great service we have established new procedures to ensure you continue to receive the best service with your safety in mind. 

Thinking about listing with us? 

We would like to ensure you that we have several tools we can implement on our listing as it pertains to marketing you in the most effective way possible. 3D tours have proven to be effective on some of our listings, as it gives the buyer the opportunity to walk through your home virtually.

While working with you to list your property we will do so within your comfort level offering both in person and video consultations. During both consultations we will tour your property either virtually or in person following all COVID guidelines giving you our best advice on how to prepare your home, room by room prior to listing your property.

There will be situations when face to face meetings or in person viewings will need to take place such as showings. Prior to showing your home to any potential buyers yourself and anyone coming through your home must fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire ensuring all parties are healthy and not exhibiting any signs of COVID-19. Realtors and their clients will be required to wear masks and to sanitize their hands while showing your home. 

In order to reduce physical contact points in your home we suggest leaving cabinets and closet doors open during showings.  Anywhere a buyer may want to look, keep it open and available for viewing. We will make sure to communicate to all people viewing your home that they should be touching as little as possible. After each showing we encourage you to disinfect door handles, light switches and common areas as a precaution. 

To reduce exposure, we can work with you when it comes to signing documents or facilitating virtual open houses and showings. Our team uses a program called DocuSign which allows all paperwork to be signed digitally through email, without the need to print. 

As a seller, you are always in control of who enters your home. If at any time you feel uncomfortable showing your home or keeping your home on market due to health and safety reasons, we are here to work with you and encourage all feedback. If you or someone in your house is sick or required to self-isolate at any time we must be advised immediately.

Thinking about buying with us?

If you are considering using us as your agent to buy a home, we have adapted our showing procedures to ensure we are following the COVID 19 protocols. All clients will be required to use their own vehicle when driving to and from any showings or inspections. If you are not comfortable with in person showings or you are having to self-isolate and cannot leave your home, we can offer a virtual tour from the comfort of your own home

Home Inspectors have also elevated caution through their work process. We can use video conferencing as a tool during the home inspection if you are more comfortable being off site or if the seller or home inspector want to minimize the number of people in the home at once.

Prior to showing any properties we will utilize phone conferencing to help understand your buying needs and wants. You will also be required to fill out a COVID 19 questionnaire prior to viewing any homes. For in person showing and inspections we will ensure that the property occupants are not exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms prior to you entering their home. 

While viewing the property we will do our best to limit the amount of touch points by requesting all doors, closets and cabinets be left open for you to view. We will disinfect any light switches and handles throughout the home as we visit. Masks must be worn through the duration of touring the home while practicing social distancing. 

Contract signing and any paperwork obtaining to your offer can be signed electronically through DocuSign, an excellent electronic signature program that is easy to use.
